OWNER COMPLETION Owner completion allows you to be your own contractor.Your home arrives around 80% complete for most models. We will provide crane service and set day crew to set home on foundation and "dry " your home in. You will then be responsible to line up subcontractors to finish electrical, plumbing, HVAC hook-ups, as well as finish drywall, painting, flooring and other jobs associated with completing your new home.
